Whether you’re visiting us for a haircut, colour, balayage or a complete transformation, we’ll take the time to understand you, your hair and your lifestyle before we begin.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team and invited to enjoy a complimentary drink while we prepare for your service.
COLOUR SERVICE
If you’ve booked a colour service and are new to the salon, you may need a skin test before your appointment. We’ll let you know if this is required when you book.
Before you head home,
We’ll show you how to style your new look, recommend any products that would benefit your hair and answer any questions you may have.
If you’d like to maintain your colour or haircut, we’re happy to recommend when your next appointment should be and can book it for you before you leave.
Is parking available?
There is convenient public parking close to the salon. Lind Street Car Park is just a short walk away and offers one hour of free parking, making it ideal for many cutting appointments.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself! If you have inspiration photos or a record of previous colour services, those can be helpful, but they’re not essential.

We use professional Redken colour and haircare products throughout the salon and are happy to explain what we’re using and why. If we recommend products for home care, it’s because we genuinely believe they’ll help you maintain your hair between appointments—not because we believe everyone should buy products.
